Information stored on your device

Crate Sort stores game progress, tutorial status, sound, haptics and reduced-motion preferences, privacy and optional-metrics choices, and Remove Ads entitlement state on your device. This information supports gameplay, settings, purchase recovery, and privacy choices. It remains until the app data is removed or the app is uninstalled.

If optional gameplay metrics are enabled, the game keeps a limited in-memory list of approved gameplay events and counts. That list is not sent to us, is not saved to disk, disappears when the app closes, and is cleared when optional metrics are turned off.

Advertising and privacy choices

Crate Sort uses Google Mobile Ads to provide automatic interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads. Google and its partners may process information such as IP-derived coarse location, device identifiers, advertising data, interactions with the app and ads, crash information, performance information, and consent choices to provide, measure, secure, and improve advertising services.

Crate Sort uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request and remember regional consent or opt-out choices before requesting ads when required. Available choices can be reviewed from the game’s Settings screen under Ad Privacy. Crate Sort does not include Google Analytics. The current app does not request permission to access Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers through App Tracking Transparency.

Purchases

Remove Ads is processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple may process purchase, account, device, and payment information under Apple’s policies. Crate Sort receives the purchase result and entitlement needed to unlock Remove Ads; it does not receive your full payment-card details. Remove Ads suppresses automatic ads, while optional rewarded recovery remains available.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Google for advertising and consent services and by Apple for App Store purchases, distribution, and related platform services. Their handling is governed by their own policies and your regional choices.

Your choices

• Use the regional consent or opt-out controls presented in the app.
• Open Settings → Ad Privacy when that option is required for your region.
• Choose Remove Ads to suppress automatic interstitial ads.
• Remove the app to delete locally stored game data from the device.

Children and sensitive information

Crate Sort is not designed to collect names, messages, contacts, photos, precise location, payment-card information, or other sensitive information from players. The game does not provide a free-form submission or social feature and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy when the game, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published.
