Include with your message

• A short description of what happened.
• Your iPhone model and iOS version, if known.
• The level number and any steps that reproduce the problem.
• A screenshot, when it helps explain the issue.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or other sensitive information.

Restore Remove Ads

Open Remove Ads in the game and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. Restoring does not charge you again.

If the purchase is still not restored, contact support and describe the message shown by the App Store. Do not send payment information or account passwords.

Ads and privacy choices

Automatic ads are removed after a successful Remove Ads purchase. Optional rewarded recovery remains available. When regional privacy options are required, open Settings and choose Ad Privacy to review them.
